Mana Studio is an individually-owned, unregistered small business based in Surat, Gujarat, India; references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the proprietor operating under the Mana Studio name.
Products
All jewellery sold on this website is handmade. Because pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, shape, or finish may occur between the product photos and the item you receive — this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and not a defect.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (shipping address, contact details, etc.) is accurate. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or an out-of-stock item, in which case you will be notified and any payment will be reversed through the original payment method.
Pricing
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Shipping and Delivery

Exchanges
Our exchange terms are outlined in our separate Refund & Exchange Policy. Please review it before placing an order, as we do not offer monetary refunds.
