Refund policy
At Mana Studio, every piece is handmade with care, and we want you to love what you receive. This policy explains how exchanges work for orders placed through our website.
No Refunds — Exchanges Only
We do not offer monetary refunds. If there is a genuine issue with your order (damaged in transit, wrong item received, or a manufacturing defect), we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Window
You must contact us within 24 hours of the order being marked “Delivered” to be eligible for an exchange. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at manapatel44144@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @mana.studio.in with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/video of the item and its packaging
• A short description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Some items in our store are custom-made or personalized (for example, made to an exact size or made-to-order pieces). These items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. This is stated on the individual product page for custom items at the time of purchase.
Condition for Exchange
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• In their original packaging, with all tags/certificates included
• Reported within the 24-hour window described above
Non-Exchangeable Items
• Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces (unless defective/damaged)
• Sale or clearance items, unless stated otherwise
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us or message us on Instagram at @mana.studio.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
